hi, i have a concern about gifting. it has been 2days already and i still can’t send gifts (i was told that gifting has limits per day so let it passed by). it was my brother’s birthday yesterday and hoping i could surprise him with a skin but about gifting quota i couldn’t understand it well and i really wanted to give him the skin. i didn’t bought anything for him because i thought i could give him the skin he wanted.

i tried using the FAQ but not really helped (useful information tho). i don’t really know where to inquire more so i thought i should give it a shot here.
